Noah Gottlieb (Real Estate Analyst)

Mr. Gottlieb serves as a Real Estate Acquisition Analyst at Boulder Net Lease Funds, LLC.  Prior to joining Boulder Net Lease Funds, Mr. Gottlieb served as a Land Acquisition and Development Manager for Richmond American Homes (MDC: NYSE) based in their Chicago office. While at Richmond American, his responsibilities included site selection, pro forma and market analysis, contract negotiation, due diligence and land development management.

Additionally, Mr. Gottlieb worked as a Benefits Analyst with Hewitt Associates in Newport Beach, California. While at Hewitt, he was responsible for the management and improved performance of the client team representing the Disney companies.  

Mr. Gottlieb is a graduate of Emory University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Originally from Long Island, New York.
