Randy Blankstein (President)

Mr. Blankstein is President of Boulder Net Lease Funds. Mr. Blankstein is primarily responsible for acquisitions and dispositions of the Fund as well as the Fund's strategic planning. In addition to this role, Mr. Blankstein is president of The Boulder Group, an investment real estate firm specializing in net lease brokerage and finance, which Mr. Blankstein founded in 1997. Mr. Blankstein has over 12 years experience in the net leased real estate industry and has completed over $1 billion in net lease transactions since 1992. Mr. Blankstein has been featured in over 20 publications including the New York Times. He has been an invited speaker or panelist at a variety of conferences throughout the United States on various subjects relating to net leased properties and 1031 exchanges, including seminars presented by Commercial Property News, Real Estate Forum, Midwest Real Estate News and The International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Blankstein is currently on the Advisory Boards of The Net Lease Summit Conference, RealShare Net Lease Conference and The GlobeSt Net Lease Forum Newsletter.
